The Public Resources day will explore several repositories providing access to published reference datasets composed of (but not limited to) images.
This schedule is subject to change and will be updated periodically.
The schedule will include pre-recorded videos organised by topic followed by group discussions.
The content will repeated over two sessions to accomodate our
community across timezones.

Workshop and round-table
Introduction to the IDR ecosystem will be shown on concrete examples of IDR studies. Images and metadata mining and comparison workflows will be presented. The first, hands-on section will show the cross-studies searches using OMERO.web. The second section will expand on these possiblities showing complex metadata mining and plotting as well as image reanalysis in Jupyter notebooks.
