The OME Team gave a seminar and a workshop on OMERO, OME-NGFF and IDR as a part of the Defragmentation Training Schoold included in the 5th NEUBIAS conference.

The seminar, followed by a hands-on workshop, concentrated on OMERO with emphasis on accessing the images in OMERO for analysis in the cloud using OMERO API. Further, it gave examples of work with OME-NGFF and an overview of publishing possiblities with OMERO and OME-NGFF.
