  • Starting to think about training for EMBL PreDocs about IDR in

    November, and a ‘bring your own data’ metadata workshop for Cambridge Uni. Encourage recording of exp metadata

  • Juypter notebooks:

    • Balaji: Simon opened PR to improve notebook management /

      deps / updates.

    • Balaji: fixing notebooks, moving out non-IDR-specific

      notebooks e.g. using figure

    • Image similarity matrix calculations: blocker on preliminary

      analysis. Some potential solutions to be discussed.

  • Josh: look at any PRs to work on during training?
