    • 6.0.0-m2 tagged including OME-TIFF pyramid reading and

      writing. Working through the production of release artifacts that can be used by early adopters

    • Next: testing, writing performance, specification

    • Use cases including large scale pyramid creation: OMERO

      pyramid, high-resolution downsampling, large image export

  • IDR 0.5.2

    • First run of Human Protein Atlas (15TB, 500K images, 1000

      antibodies) going live hopefully Thursday next week

    • Starting to work with EBI group on IDR/BIA/BioStudies

      submission pipeline

      • A lot of IDR curation work will still be required but

        original data may come via BIA
