    • One dataset pushed due to ongoing work with OMERO 5.5

    • Patch release
  • Bio-Formats 6.1.0: ongoing scoping (readers, tests,

    dependencies)

  • Jason: public release of QuPath including Bio-Formats 6 and

    OMERO

• Data-Out

  • Josh: omero-build - m4 release in progress manually but with

    green travis along the way.

  • Insight (m5): JM started to look at where things were left off.

    Build targets to be reviewed.

    • Josh: migrate to Gradle for m5? JM: only partially.

  • OMERO.iviewer

    • Need to review regression in terms of ROIs from latest

      changes.

• Sysadmin:

  • UoD Cyberessentials, several systems will need to be patched,

    reconfigured or deleted by end of March (to be compliant by the end of next month).
