    if it would be interested in contributing an open-source implementation of DICOM standard

  • Been in contact with CMU developer Jiam Ma who’s implemented

    browser based exploration of genomic information: mapping spatial proximity of regions of DNA in nucleus. Integrated with OMERO, would be an interesting team presentation.
