  • idr0022 is being imported now for prod70

  • idr0056 is being investigated

  • Beatrix will present her work on analysing IDR data next Monday

    (16th, 10:30)

• Data-Out (UI/Search)

  • Few PRs pending for Iviewer and Figure, will be released before

    OME workshop

  • Playing with notebooks, integrating them with training and

    documentation materials, looking at ways of passing parameters to notebooks

• Python3

  • Decouple-python branch merged and all devspaces updated.

  • Bizarre Ice code generation issue requires infrastructure work.

  • Then continue opening Python3 PRs to get unit tests passing.

• Glencoe

  • Released a new OMERO ROI tools repo for reading/writing ROIs and

    metadata to images

  • Working on an OME-ROI-XML transport workflow

  • Looking into integrating with omero downloader code but would be

    nicer if downloader code could be used as a library. Perhaps move to OMERO-java-gateway? Or a new jar?

  • Working on running Bio-Formats tests in AWS

  • Separate OME discussion may be required on storing masks and 3D

    ROIs
