• IDR (Frances)

  • December 2019: prod72 released this morning - 2 new studies

    • Final release for this year

  • January 2020: prod73 - HPA 7 and idr0075 (Honey-bee)

  • February 2020: EBI Embassy migration.

    • No releases in Feb. No idr-testing etc.

    • Next release in March

• Python3

  • JM: still some docs fixes in progress

  • Looking at supporting other platforms - Debian 10 and CentOS8.

    • Debian 9 and Ubuntu1604 are python 3.5 - working but not

      well tested

  • Idr-py now available from conda:

    • Wrapping up idr-notebooks.

• Glencoe (Chris)

  • Blog post writing and release prep.

  • Announced on image.sc

  • Some more work on isyntax.

  • OME-XML handling for converting e.g. nd2 files.

  • Looking for WSI images to use as public examples.

• Community

  • JM: Embassy shutdown - re: Training. Jan/Feb OK.

  • Paris (early March) - use Dundee backup. Limited number of users

    but should be OK.

  • Seb: IDR analysis migration should be easiest - No data to

    migrate.

    • Do we want to migrate IDR analysis first to new Embassy

      cloud as test?

    • JM: makes sense
