  • Specifications & JSON-LD: Objectives planning this week
  • ZarrReader: should be in merge-ci build from today
    • may need older v0.1 data to test initially
  • NGFF calls - good engagement. Mostly re: binary data
  • Zarr funding - discussing with zarr contractor (geo community)
  • Zarr steering council meeting
  • Need blog post to update community: new data links
• Releases
  • omero-py 5.10.0 is out
    • Other repos need to keep track (test zarr workflows between repo with omero-py)
  • preparing java gateway then insight release
• Glencoe
  • new formats support coming
  • Josh - isyntax-to-raw discussion on image.sc: wrapping with Python. Interesting?
    • Chris: it’s another entry point but no big change for us

  • Abstract submitted to SBI2
