  • released prod109 (idr0134, lots of plants)
  • datasets testing ongoing
  • Data storage: FIRE testing performance - slower than expected for some types of data. Chose to migrate HPA data
  • Search - UI testing ongoing: see https://github.com/IDR/idr-gallery/pull/8
• OMERO
  • changelog ready for next release OMERO -.web
• Bio-Formats (David)
  • provisional release dates - see github milestone
  • 22nd September, depending on outstanding PRs
    • could push the date a bit or just patch release
• NGFF (Will)
  • TODO: pre-release including Dask support
  • Wells: 1 image or many fields discussion (spec PR)

• GerBI

• Glencoe (Chris)
  • OMERO NGFF ongoing
  • rendering pipeline for RGB data optimisation
  • single sign on support in OMERO, Helps with interaction with 3rd-party apps
    • move to open-source?? Support burden
    • works in web, but not Insight, cli etc.
  • Petr: conversion UI tool? Chris: builds need signing
