• IDR (Frances)
  • EBI storage issues. Blocked on public & private side
  • NGFF update: some initial testing by IDR team on idr-testing yesterday. One issue found with check_pixels.py script, fixed in ZarrReader PR.
  • idr0138 import without chunks not looking good
• OMERO
  • Ansible deployment on RHEL9: all roles ready. Mostly merged and published. Expected to all be done by end of week or early next week. To be used for deploying Indonesia server.
  • Working on installation docs

• GerBI (Tom)
  • working on KVP scripts. Happy to present in a week or two.
