  • rocky linux 9 deployed on idr-next
  • idr0151 in progress on pilot
  • NGFF - David opened a PR to add s3 direct access
    • Will - initial test looks good (faster)
  • ansible role tagged but not released yet (won’t redploy again with the release)
• OMERO
  • merge-ci updated to Rocky linux 9. NB: System is not reachable between 7-8am (UK) every tuesday
  • Andres: reviewing web PRs
• Bio-Formats
  • Seb: Bio-Formats 7.3.0 planned for mid April
    • JDK 21 support is in
    • few external contributions
    • Ongoing DICOM work
• NGFF
