  • Frances: idr138 for new release is being imported - lots of spots, ROIs, data tables, imported from File System
    • ready for release end next week
    • includes BF upgrade to fix idr study
  • Seb: tabular data at the ROI level? FW: should, but need to re-check
• OMERO
  • Andreas: working on tests for the OMERO.tables API (along with tileDB backend)
    • Seb: will try to clear up the tests & expectations
  • Seb: looking into scalability when importing large filesets (e.g., since the early days of OMERO.fs)
    • apparent when importing large HCS datasets
    • targeting for one of the next releases
  • Nothing else big on its way (pre vacations :smile:)
• Bio-Formats
  • David: 7.3.1 release last week, patch release, non-memo breaking, target idr0043 fixes
    • new artifactory used for the new release, smooth performance
    • some backlog of PR clearing off
