• IDR: Frances: EBI openstack upgrade completed. New idr-next available.
  • 2 new studies in prep
  • New OME-Zarr submission. Dom looking at Zarr pixelbuffer on pilot-idr0163.
• OMERO
  • Preparing next OMERO.web release: https://github.com/ome/omero-web/milestone/20
  • JM: would like to go over the release of the Java components, with Petr and Dom. Next week?
  • OMERO.figure discussion this morning (Will, JM, Petr) about Zarr support, ROI workflows with big images etc. https://hackmd.io/gL3YgSI7TKKCBFVfFRy66g - and next Tues at 11:00.
• Bio-Formats
  • Maintenance tasks, fixes for 8.1.1.
  • Seb: Code QL on repo to scan for sec vuln etc. Learning the tool, to roll out wider etc.

    • Quarterly 1-hour meetings
    • Meetings should be more welcoming and positive rather that just technical
  • Zarr v3, ZEP9, & fill value “extension”
