  • Dom: just validating submissions
  • JM: we have new omero-zarr-pixel-buffer release candidates (Dom et al). Testing with submissions, esp. idr0173 “importing” directly from embassy s3.
• OMERO
  • updating install tools Rocky to support python 3.12
    • Seb: don’t expect server to work with RHEL 10 yet due to https://access.redhat.com/articles/7099256
• Bio-Formats
  • fixes for 8.4.0, reviewed yesterday. No release date set yet.
• NGFF
  • Will: started on RFC5 (v0.6) https://github.com/ome/ome-zarr-py/pull/492 but holding off now for v0.6-dev2 (see rfc5-examples issues)
    • Will: proposed parse_url deprecation: https://github.com/ome/ome-zarr-py/pull/476 - Feedback appreciated
    • https://github.com/ome/ome-zarr-py/pull/491 from SpatialData. Merge?
