- IDR
- omero-zarr-pixel-buffer 0.6.0-rc1 now on idr-testing, allows testing in full idr setup (read-only servers, microservices etc) - Dom importing data from idr0173, planning stress testing.
- OMERO
- Updating omero-test-infra to python 3.12. Ansible roles, Docker images etc.
- Autotag question (Josh): file content?
- Will: common workflow (original metadata -> KVP). No tools. Point to scripts.
- Bio-Formats
- NGFF
- Techdev: Prep for NGFF community call 23rd Sept:
- Demo of
$ omero zarr import https://github.com/ome/omero-cli-zarr/pull/180 ready for final test and merge
- Improving BioFile Finder support with asyn search in searchengine and idr-gallery
- Jason: deploy on idr-testing? Will: yes
- SpatialData & versioning (Josh) https://github.com/ome/ome-zarr-py/pull/491 - PR not needed now.
- We need some concept/support for intermediate versions. E.g. refactor version checking into a class that can be subclassed.
- Meeting this week in Heidelberg for another push on the 1.0 roadmap (Josh)

- Tiago started recently: ro-crate-based landing pages? Other thoughts?
- Report rampup (Josh): “reuse” metrics? E.g. DOIs from IDR, any others?
