  • NFDI Data stewards (Jens) submitting data in OME-Zarr, working with Dom, testing on pilot
  • BioFile Finder deployed on idr-testing for showing study images and search results.

  • Petr: working on Asible roles for OMERO deployment.
• Bio-Formats (Melissa)
  • focus on NGFF: zarr v3
• NGFF
  • Community NGFF calls this morning and at 4pm. Demo $ omero zarr import and biongff-viewer.
  • Will: ready to review: https://github.com/ome/napari-ome-zarr/pull/123 Drop ome-zarr-py dependency
  • Josh: RFC-5/SpatialData still as the primary focus
• GerBI
  • Josh: final(ly) interview this Thursday (Metadata/Java)
  • Discussions starting on OME2026 meeting (April 28-30 in Dusseldorf). Applying for DFG funding to pay for speakers.
  • Tom: December Hackathon in Walsrode. 17 participants on site (2 extras allowed!)
