  • Seb: Tiago (GerBI) starting to contribute to various repos - https://github.com/ome/omero-marshal/pull/87
  • Petr: working on feedback on Ansible roles, handling python version mismatch
• Bio-Formats (Melissa)
  • External reader policy - how to contribute a reader that OME doesn’t maintain. PR will be merged in 2 hours!
  • Working on zarrv3 across various tools, in contact with Norman
• NGFF
  • FYI: RFC-8: Collections https://github.com/ome/ngff/pull/343
  • Will: Tests failing at https://github.com/ome/ome-zarr-py/pull/493 seems to be due to ome-zarr-models-py release. Need to investigate
  • BioFile Finder integration with idr-testing. Ongoing testing feedback
  • RFC-5: Will/Johannes: Trying to figure out multi-image structure
  • Zulip: Dask lacks support for zarr v3 sharding
