  • idr0162 - screen for signalling pathways. Early validation stage.
  • Testing BioFile Finder integration with searchengine and idr-gallery
• OMERO (Andreas)
  • looking at jQuery form
  • Seb: released omero-py to fix getExternalInfo()
  • Josh: BIO-CODES heads up. (https://github.com/bio-codes/omero-iscc) - e.g. Fingerprint a PDF to identify resuse.
    • Looking at API, sha1 for e.g. WSI not the same for jpeg compression.
• Bio-Formats (Melissa)
  • working on issues for 8.4.0, but no date yet.
  • ci build needs investigation https://github.com/ome/bio-formats-documentation/pull/440#issuecomment-3371829992
  • JM: PR wasn’t included because Docker needed a personal access token. Job was restarted this am.
• NGFF
  • Josh:
    • Two more folks (UK based) joining GerBI, Nov (at hackathon; Zarr/Rust) & Dec. (metadata)
    • At Zarr Summit next week. We’ll see how it goes.
    • Johannes is now working from a fresh branch to prepare 0.6.dev2 on ngff-spec repo.
